To share the love of Jesus Christ by providing quality, welcoming, affordable medical care for the whole person, offered with respect to all of God’s people.

OUR SERVICES

Our low-cost medical clinic provides quality care to patients who may not be able to afford more expensive healthcare options. We provide primary and preventative care and offer services designed to help patients maintain good health and prevent illness.

We diminish the risk of developing health issues by offering preventive services such as vaccinations and screening tests.

We believe in providing comprehensive women's care that supports the dignity and value of all human life from conception.
New Patient Qualifications
In order to make sure we serve the intended population, new patients will be screened for eligibility prior to appointment. To qualify, new patients must have an annual household income below three times the Federal Poverty level for the family size.
All Patients Served
We offer services with specialists in family internal medicine, women's care and geriatrics.
No Insurance
We provide services to those who meet the annual household income qualifications and have no health insurance, and/or who do not qualify for Medicaid and Medicare.
Underinsured
We also offer health services to underinsured individuals; meaning those who meet the annual household income qualifications and have only limited medical coverage (such as catastrophic care coverage), or who have insurance, but their policies include high medical deductibles that they are unable to afford.
